6.6 BBQ Blaze: Per Donna – Was a great turnout but the rain made it a little challenging with longer line ups. Some families were not happy with the price for what they were getting. Because it was such a last minute booking, finding a caterer was tough, limited choices. Donna’s suggestion was to keep it simple with just hot dogs. Pam’s suggestion was to book earlier. Try to book caterer earlier. Kimara suggested to put a quick note in the notice to let them know first come first serve. Cindy suggested adding time slots to the notice so families can come at their specific time slot. Help eliminate line up.
