DeBeck Values…

During a Professional Learning Day, we came together as a staff to discuss what we value at DeBeck. The reason for this exercise was to create a roadmap for our conversations and decision-making as a school. The above poster has helped to reinforce our purpose, to refocus our conversations, and to ensure that our decisions are made with a specific intention in mind. These values have helped to solidify our belief that our decisions, activities, and school-wide planning must be accessible to all learners.
