The Ministry of Education and Child Care has amended the Provincial Standards for Codes of Conduct order to include language to address student use of personal digital devices at school. 

In SD 38 Richmond, Students and staff partner groups have engaged in a process to provide input to the addition of policy language to comply with this ministerial order, as well as the development of new Guidelines for the Acceptable Use of Student Personal Digital Devices.
